Once you complete the onboarding process, Noble’s platform gets to work.
We begin by identifying the AI search prompts where your brand isn't showing up along with the third-party sources LLMs are already citing to answer those prompts. You also have the option to add a “do not contact” list if you want.
From there, outreach to publishers starts.
We do the work (always with 100% transparency).
You sit back and start accepting offers.
AI search visibility doesn't move overnight, but with our process, here's what you can expect the first few months to look like:
Month 1: Gap analysis + outreach to initial publishers
Noble maps where your brand is missing across relevant AI search prompts and begins outreach to the publishers behind the sources LLMs cite in those answers. We don’t necessarily expect Mention Offers to land in your dashboard yet but that’s not to say they won’t - it can happen! That being said, this month is foundational work where we’re creating relationships with the right publishers.
Month 2: Initial offers received + first mentions go live + outreach to next publishers
Your first confirmed Mention Offers arrive in your dashboard for review. Once you approve them, Noble handles placement and payment, and your first mentions go live. Simultaneously, outreach expands to the next round of publishers.
It’s important to note that publishers/authors work on their own timelines, and approved offers may take 30-90 days to go live, depending on their publishing cadence. The good news is that you have visibility while we do all that work for you.
Month 3: Previous month's offers go live + new offers received + outreach to next batch of publishers
The cadence compounds. Offers secured at the end of month 2 start going live, and outreach for month 3 placements is already underway.
Month 4+: Repeat
Each month adds more live mentions, more indexed sources, and more prompts where your brand shows up in AI answers. Your AI search visibility begins to reflect the mentions that have been indexed.
The honest answer is that meaningful visibility results typically happen between months 2-4 as the first wave of mentions indexes and compounds with the second. That being said, early movement can start sooner.
In Noble's pilot with Graphite, an SEO agency, the first mentions drove visibility from zero to measurable share of voice within weeks. By month three, Graphite went from 0% to 33% share of AI answers for their target prompts. We saw similar results for a leading fintech over the same timeframe.
One thing worth setting expectations on: accepted placements publish on a rolling basis, typically 30–90 days after acceptance. This is normal. Publishers work on their own schedules, and Noble manages that process so you don't have to. Some mentions from the final months of your contract will go live after the term ends, and that's by design.
